Julie has been with the Gensolve team for 9 years. She understands the requirements of the clinic and the practice team, as well as the detailed functionality of the product.
This dual focus has allowed her to develop a support system that is focused on being able to answer all of our clients’ questions easily and quickly. She’s also responsible for overseeing our support team, who have the day to day conversations with clients, as well as ensuring all of our support content is both comprehensive and up to date.
Julie has a Masters degree from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, where she’s originally from, and now lives with her family in New Zealand.
Oscar takes responsibility for the continual development of the product, based on the input and feedback from our Gensolve clients, together with the latest technology developments in the industry.
Working with a large development team, Oscar ensures any new functionality is designed to be best in class, and is fully delivered and tested so that Gensolve clients can see the value from day one.
With a M.Sc.IT in Computer Software Engineering for Queensland University of Technology, Oscar has over 15 years’ experience in Software development, and today is leading the charge on bringing new levels of KPI and Dashboard data to the Gensolve platform.
Laurence is a co-founder of the company and is responsible for the technology strategy within Gensolve. From the genesis of Gensolve, Laurence has taken the lead in both early and ongoing product development, combined with the overall technology strategy, ensuring both Gensolve and its clients are using the very latest, proven, secure technologies. Laurence is a graduate from The University of St. Andrews, with a BSc in Computational Science.
As a former practice manager of multi-site, multi-disciplinary health practices, Jeni knows how a practice works. From front desk, to patient, to back office, Jeni knows the challenges and the best way to fix them.
In 2013, Jeni brought her vast experience to the Onboarding, Training and Support Manager role at Gensolve. In that role, she was the ‘go to’ professional for every question a client had around the platform, and her experience in running a practice routinely allowed her to show clients that there’s a better way.
More recently, Jeni has taken up the role of managing our UK clients, and takes responsibility for demonstrating the product through to onboarding, training and providing ongoing support.
Danny has intimate and broad knowledge of the challenges faced in running a practice, both from a daily operational perspective and in working a long-term growth strategy.
Danny and his team are responsible for growing the Gensolve business in New Zealand from just one client, to becoming the most popular practice management solution in New Zealand today, serving over 1000 practices. Danny uses his extensive knowledge of the requirements of practice owners and managers to ensure Gensolve’s client delivery is stand-out.
Whether he is fixing business problems using the platform, or working on support and on-going product development, Danny’s focus is set on achieving the best for Gensolve’s clients.
Brenton’s vision for Gensolve is to develop a business that enables its clients to have the practice they dream of.
As a founder, he’s taken great care to build relationships with many practice owners and managers and has amassed a wealth of knowledge in how best to run a practice. His core experience in technology enables him to identify where software can fix a business issue, or make a process more efficient.
Brenton’s focus now is on continual refinement of the Gensolve technology, to allow practices to make more informed decisions. Brenton originates from Australia and holds a BAppSC in Mathematics from the University of Queensland.
