Further Growth for Gensolve’s AI

Expanded Text Fields in Exams for More Space and Control

We’ve introduced text field expansion pop-ups across all major exam types, including Standard Exam, SOTAP, SOAPER, Simple Consultation, and key objective fields like Observation, Findings, Palpation, and Other Comments. These pop-ups give you more room to write detailed notes and you can now access and use your existing shortcuts directly within the expanded view, making documentation faster and more efficient.

AI Permissions Are Further Refined

To maintain control and consistency in your communication, users without permission to edit AI prompts can no longer modify them while creating an AI Letter.

SMS for Classes: Mass Messaging Made Easy

  • You can now send SMS directly to multiple clients straight from the Class Details screen. Whether it’s a reminder or a last-minute update, you’re now covered with just a few clicks.
  • The list of Appointments in the Client Header now shows recent Class Appointments. Each appointment will now also show the Year.
  • When editing a Class the Site name will now show at the top of the Form

Accounting Gets an Upgrade to Batch Invoicing

Bulk billing just got smarter. In Recovery Actions Due (Automated invoicing), you can now filter by Debtor, Site, Plan, and Action, making them perfect for managing bulk invoice reminders and other recovery workflows.

Did you know that recovery actions are designed to help you to create a workflow for chasing debtors by enabling automated messages, emails and other reminders in line with your typical timelines.

ACC Improvements for More Power and Flexibility

  • Need to email multiple insurers? Now you can! From the Existing Schedules view, simply select the ones you want and hit “Email Invoices” and you will generate one email per insurer, each with its own attachments.
  • Site filtering in the Create Schedules screen now supports Site Groups as well as individual Sites.
  • You can now assign ACC Numbers with custom Prefixes and Suffixes at both the Vendor and Site level (with Site taking priority).
Vendor Settings for Prefix and Suffix

  • We’ve removed rigid format validation on ACC numbers in Condition Forms, allowing more adaptability for future changes.

Email Schedule Invoices as multiple Attachments

When viewing Existing Schedules for Insurers, you can send emails to the Insurers. Simply select the applicable Schedules that you would like to send, and press the new “Email Invoices” button. This will create an email for each Insurer separately, with separate attachments for each Schedule Invoice.
