What do you get each month?
Pay per FTE – We simplify your choice by offering a flat monthly access fee based on the number of full time clinicians using Gensolve and the Online Booking Portal.
The Gensolve Booking Portal and SMS’s are the only optional extra. There are no other hidden or extra charges on your monthly bill.

Data migration fees
A quote to migrate your current system’s data to Gensolve Practice Manager will be provided after a comprehensive review of the data has been carried out.
Training fees
Training fees are quoted once we have a better understanding of your business and the number of staff to be trained. In most cases, remote access training is provided. Training costs are based on the following :
- Time needed on each section
- Number of Trainers required
- Whether an external training venue is required
- Whether you are a sole practitioner: in this case, remote access training on an hourly rate basis can be provided.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- A full-time equivalent is one full time clinician using Gensolve. A half FTE could be a part time clinician, for example.
- FTE billing means you can add practitioners to suit your business growth.
- FTE also allows you to use one full-time permanent staff member, plus one part time member (e.g. only working mornings), for 1.5 FTE.
- Depending on your business there may training and/or migration costs applicable.
- Once you’re set up, there is simply a single monthly payment to make.
- Yes, it is. The costs you see here are for the standard software platform, plus training and support.
- Advanced features, such as SMS functions and online bookings, can be added for an extra charge.
- This model allows you to take advantage of any new features as we launch them, or opt out as you prefer.
- Yes, we give you full training on the platform and appoint you a dedicated support team during office hours.
- Our support team have an exceptional response time to your tickets, whilst our tiered support system means no question goes unanswered.
- Your migration fee is determined when you sign up with Gensolve. It is based specifically on your requirements.
No, Gensolve’s suite of integrations are totally free to use (other than any subscription fees to third party applications).
All of Gensolve’s features, even those that may be optional extras or third party integrations with other products are included in your monthly fee with Gensolve.
