As a former practice manager of multi-site, multi-disciplinary health practices, Jeni knows how a practice works. From front desk, to patient, to back office, Jeni knows the challenges and the best way to fix them.
In 2013, Jeni brought her vast experience to the Onboarding, Training and Support Manager role at Gensolve. In that role, she was the ‘go to’ professional for every question a client had around the platform, and her experience in running a practice routinely allowed her to show clients that there’s a better way.
More recently, Jeni has taken up the role of managing our UK clients, and takes responsibility for demonstrating the product through to onboarding, training and providing ongoing support.
