Gensolve 7.12 Release – New Zealand

New to Gensolve for New Zealand in version 7.12: Xero export improvements, upgrades to Statement Batches, Healthlink features and fixes, quality of life updates to ACC, additions to contracts and more. You can check out the full release notes here.

The release will occur for New Zealand on the evening of Friday, 9th December 2022. Please note your Gensolve may have disruptions from 9:30pm while we apply necessary updates.

Xero export improvements.

The Xero export process has been upgraded for efficiency, reducing the time required for a Xero transaction export. Additionally, an issue has been fixed where payments could not be exported to Xero.

Statement Batches.

A new option has been added to Statement Batches to only include Items that have been Invoiced.

Healthlink Messages Fix.

An issue with being unable to send Healthlink Messages with attachments that have greater than 100 characters in the name of the file has been fixed.

Updates to ACC.

  • The field Provider was changed to Reviewing Clinician in the Claim Review.
  • You can now set and use the ACC Contract for Physio Maternal Birth Injuries
  • When running the Discharge Report, there is now an option to save the report as an Upload File against the Client
  • Contracts additions.

    You can now specify Default Contacts on Contract Types that will appear when editing related Contracts. These Contacts will be available as email suggestions.

    Also, you can now record the “Referred by” on a Contract similar to how you can on a Client and a Condition.

    More features and fixes.
