New to Gensolve for New Zealand in version 7.11: Claim reviews and accounting updates, contracts improvements, API inclusions and more. You can check out the full release notes here.

The release will occur for New Zealand on the evening of Friday, 6th April 2022. Please note your Gensolve may have disruptions from 9:30pm while we apply necessary updates.

Claim Reviews: Specialist oversite changes

Where specialist oversight has been flagged against a client’s ACC Condition and thus exempted from Review, the Condition will no longer appear in Front Office >> Claim Reviews. The setting is found under Condition>Appts Used

Claim Reviews: Discharged conditions changes

Conditions that have been discharged will no longer appear on the Claim Reviews Due list. This is in accordance with ACC’s expectations that Claim Reviews are completed for claims that are current.

Claim Reviews: ACC Claim Review screen changes

The ACC Claim Review screen has been updated to allow for the inclusion of extra fields. A second Report Version has been added called “Version 2 (Current)”.

Contracts: Budget improvements

When changing the duration of a Contract appointment on the appointment book by dragging it instead of in the appt itself if the Budget has been exceeded, the change will be prevented.

Contracts: Emails improvements

You can now send emails to the Debtor, Case Manager, Client’s GP and Management Site with the Provider Phone and Email set on Contract Email Template

Acupuncture expiry

Fixed the issue where the suggested 12 week expiry date for ACC Acupuncture conditions was including the Client’s other Condition appointments.
