ACC Allied Health Contract changes

“The current ACC Physiotherapy Contract (which was formerly known as EPN) is due to expire on 31 October 2021. ACC have confirmed that the new contract will cover all existing allied health contracts – physiotherapy, physiotherapy specialists, hand therapy and podiatry … Any businesses currently working on the Physiotherapy Contract should have applied for the new Allied Health Contract.”

Physiotherapy New Zealand

ACC has advised us of some important changes coming to some contracts as of 1st November 2021. Tonight’s release will reflect these changes in your Gensolve for EPN Physios, Specialist Physios, Hand Therapists and Podiatrists.

You can read some more information here.

Custom Contract Charge Settings

You can now restrict or warn the user when either the number of charges used or the Qty per service is exceeded.
You can also restrict or warn the users when the total value of services exceeds the maximum charge amount set in the contract type.

Inactive Budgets Types

You can now create inactivate budgets from the Contract Type to prevent someone from selecting an incorrect or old budget.

Although this article lists some of the key new features, there are still many more updates including but not limited to:
