Billing using Telehealth Codes Gensolve is working hard to enable Telehealth options as quickly as possible for our customers, including being able to bill using Telehealth codes. Now you can simply choose the appropriate billing location ("In Clinic" or "Telehealth") on the Appointment details, select on the 'Location' drop down menu and then bill to ACC (New Zealand) or Medicare (Australia) as you normally would. We have taken care of the new billing codes and rates for you. If you are an Australian customer, you will need to set up new Service Charges with the newest Medicare codes we have added for



No Fees with Gensolve’s Medicare Online Integration

Gensolve Practice Management Software and Medicare Online have been fully integrated in 2019 creating a time and cost saving tool for Gensolve customers. The fully certified and native integration means there are no third-party subscription costs or installations. All of the functionality is available as part of your Gensolve plan and only requires completion of one Medicare form to allocate the Gensolve Location ID for your business claims. Designed to simplify and assemble Bulkbill, DVA and Patient Claims not only is the integration free, but we ensure there are no transaction fees for any claims – it is completely free to use and claim with Medicare online with the Gensolve integration.
