New to Audio Enterprise Manager in September 2025: The arrival of Gensolve AI marks a major step forward, with transcription and intelligent letter generation features beginning to roll out. This release also brings new options for clinician scheduling, quote handling, batch invoicing enhancements and drag-and-drop email attachments.

The release will occur for Audio Enterprise Manager on the evening of Friday, the 5th of September 2025. Please note your system may experience brief disruptions from 9:30pm while updates are applied.
Gensolve AI comes to Audio
We’re continuing to expand the reach of Gensolve AI, bringing the same powerful tools already available, tested and enjoyed in our Practice Manager into our Audio Manager.
With this release, you’ll begin to see AI features become available, including support for audio-to-text transcription directly into Appointment Clinical Notes and AI-assisted letter creation using customisable prompts and templates. These tools are designed to save time, improve consistency, and reduce the burden of manual documentation so you can focus on what’s important: patient care.
As the rollout continues, additional AI capabilities will progressively become available, delivering even more ways to streamline clinical workflows and administrative tasks using intelligent automation.

Smarter Clinical Workflows
ACC Gender Options Expanded
We now support ‘Other’ and ‘Unknown’ ACC Gender options, giving you better alignment with ACC and broader inclusivity.
Audiogram Flexibility Improved
The 6000 Hz frequency is no longer mandatory in audiograms, while all other key frequencies remain in place.
Clinician Scheduling & Access
- Clinicians can now add Letters and Uploads directly from their interface, saving time and clicks.

- Appointment schedules now define available times in the main Appointment Book.

Better Billing & Reporting
Quotes Enhancements
- When emailing a quote report, the event now logs against the client and auto-fills their email address.
- View and edit quotes directly from the Client Full History tab.
- Use the new Audio Quote email template with tags for quote dates and insurer details.
Trial Invoices
You can now apply Invoice Recovery Email templates when emailing trial invoice reports, with intelligent email suggestions included.
Insurance Valuation Letters
Valuation reports now reflect the invoicing provider, displaying the clinician’s name or the invoiced clinician when applicable.
Streamlined Admin Workflows
Faster Statement Batching
- Enhanced performance for deleting statement batches
- New batch emailing flow makes it easier to send multiple emails at once
Process Multiple Commission Batches
A new “Create All” button lets you generate multiple commission batches by template type in one go.

Recovery Actions Due Filters
Enjoy more control when working with bulk recovery plans, now filter by Debtor, Site, Plan, and Action to streamline invoice reminders and workflows.
Letters & Emails: Now with Drag & Drop
You can now drag and drop files straight into emails, reducing the number of open windows and screen actions required.
Accounting & Xero Improvements
- Xero Export API now supports higher volume restrictions
- New option to set a Default Transfer Bank Account, which will auto-fill during bank transfers
