ACC API Integration.

With ACC continuing to evolve its digital services and requirements, including changes to how providers access claim, invoice, and payment information, and the move away from legacy systems like the eBusiness Gateway; we’ve moved quickly to ensure Gensolve stays ahead.
By bringing ACC API queries, payment reconciliation, and invoice retrieval directly into Gensolve, we’ve significantly reduced the need for manual lookups and external systems. The result is a faster, more accurate workflow that aligns with ACC’s direction and makes day-to-day administration much easier for your team.

ACC Payment Query & Reconciliation

ACC Schedule Payments can now be retrieved directly using the ACC API via ACC45’s & Batches >> Query ACC Payments, allowing you to reconcile payments seamlessly within Gensolve.

ACC Condition Status Lookup

You can now query ACC Condition details directly from the Condition screen, returning Cover Status and associated Diagnoses in real time.

ACC Schedule Invoice Retrieval

Schedule invoices can now be pulled directly from ACC via the API, providing visibility into invoices registered with ACC without needing to leave Gensolve.

ACC Client Claim Query

ACC Claims can now be queried directly within Gensolve via ACC45’s & Batches >> Query ACC Claim, with returned claim information automatically available for creating or updating Clients and ACC Conditions. This reduces the need for manual data entry and cross-referencing, helping ensure your records are accurate, up to date, and aligned with ACC data from the outset.

Enhanced Security Controls

Configurable Password Policies

Administrators can now choose between Legacy and Enhanced password requirements:

  • Legacy (default): Minimum 7 characters, 1 capital, 1 number
  • Enhanced: Minimum 10 characters, includes special character requirement

Password History Tracking

Prevent password reuse by enabling password history tracking, improving overall account security.

MFA Device Trust

With MFA enabled, users can select “Remember this device”, allowing trusted logins for a configurable period (default 30 days), reducing friction while maintaining security.

AI and Document Workflow Enhancements

AI Prompt Editing Improvements
Users with the appropriate permissions can now edit AI prompts directly from the AI generation screen, making it faster to refine outputs on the fly.

AI Letter Templates for Word
