New to Gensolve for Australia in version 7.12: Xero export improvements, additions to the SMS Client Appointment Template, important updates to Medicare, and more. You can check out the full release notes here.
The release will occur for Australia on the evening of Friday, 25th November 2022. Please note your Gensolve may have disruptions from 9:30pm while we apply necessary updates.
Xero export improvements.
The Xero export process has been upgraded for efficiency, reducing the time required for a Xero transaction export. Additionally, an issue has been fixed where payments could not be exported to Xero.
We’ve added to the SMS Client Appointment Template.
You can now set the Provider Phone, Provider Mobile and Provider Email in SMS Templates for Appointment Reminder, Client Appointment and Telehealth Appointment Reminder.
New Medicare Online integration and additional improvements.
We have been hard at work at Gensolve ensuring your Medicare functionality remains as comprehensive as possible by adopting the new Medicare Online 2022 integration. This has been a significant area of work to adopt the required interactions with Medicare but also to upgrade the suite of features available for your verification, reconciliation, claims and statements activities.
Below are some of the key functions and fixes available with your Medicare integration however you can view a more complete list of upgrades, here.
Medicare Verification ease-of-use improvements and a fix for provider number use.
Hovering your mouse over the Medicare Verification button on a client’s file, next to the IRN number, will now display the date of the last successful verification.
A fix has been applied to ensure that the current Provider Number at the time of appointment applies to receipts, as setup against the Provider’s details screen. For HICAPS/TYRO purposes the current provider number at the date of payment is sent via the terminal.
Claims screen additions including a new appointment link, view/print after a claim and more.
The Claims screen now has an appointment link (pencil icon) located to the right of the Charges column to provide an easier investigation of claims.
You can now View/Print a Medicare (Bulk Bill / Patient Claim) or DVA Claim Receipt immediately after a claim has been successfully submitted for all items included in the submission.
