New to Gensolve for Australia for version 7.15: AI integration for Medical Notes and Letters, new Rate Type for service charges, enhanced batch invoicing filters, updated API endpoints, and more!

The release will occur for Australia on the evening of Friday, 17th January 2025. Please note your Gensolve may have disruptions from 9:30pm while we apply necessary updates.

Revolutionising Your Workflows with AI

Our brand-new AI integration is here, bringing powerful tools to streamline your day-to-day tasks. With this initial release, you can:

  • Transcribe your consultations directly into your medical notes.
  • Use custom prompts to generate structured letters and notes tailored to your needs.

This is just the beginning, with more exciting AI-driven updates planned. You can register your interest now by contacting our support team, who’ll guide you through the setup and provide access to a free trial.

More Precision with Service Charges

We’ve added a “Rate Type” option for service charges. You can now choose between minutes or hours, giving you finer control over your rates – inspired by NDIS invoicing!

Batch Invoicing Gets an Upgrade

We’ve added new filters for Recovery Actions Due, so you can now sort by:

  • Debtor
  • Site
  • Plan
  • Action

This makes bulk recovery tasks, like sending invoice reminders, quicker and easier.

API Enhancements

Two new API endpoints are here to make life easier:

BCTI Item Details: Get a list of charges already included in a Commission Batch.

Membership Usage Detail Report: Pull data for up to 12 months of membership usage.
