New to Gensolve for the United Kingdom in version 7.12: Xero export improvements, newly added Outcome Measures, restrict visibility of your client uploads, and more. You can check out the full release notes here.

The release will occur for the United Kingdom on the evening of Friday, 2nd December 2022. Please note your Gensolve may have disruptions from 9:30pm while we apply necessary updates.

Xero export improvements.

The Xero export process has been upgraded for efficiency, reducing the time required for a Xero transaction export. Additionally, an issue has been fixed where payments could not be exported to Xero.

Outcome Measures.

You can now enter the outcome of a patient’s treatment when entering medical notes for a patient’s condition following an appointment. If entering Outcome Measures is a mandatory step for your business, you can configure it on Clinician settings to alert you when they are due. On the appointment book, a blue icon will be displayed in the appointment to remind the user that the outcome measures are due for the 1st, 6th and 12th appointments.

Restrict client uploads.

It is now possible to restrict access to a file uploaded against a client. Only the user who uploaded the file can see the upload in the client’s Letters and Uploads screen.

There is now an override setting on a User to allow them to access restricted notes, letters, and uploads (please contact the support team to enable this feature if required for any users).

More features and fixes.

Although this article lists some of the key new features, there are still many more updates.
