Please note your Gensolve may have disruptions from\u00a0<strong>9:30pm<\/strong>\u00a0while we apply necessary updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enhanced Security Controls<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configurable Password Policies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators can now choose between Legacy and Enhanced password requirements within the Organisation Password Policy settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legacy Security (default):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 7 characters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 capital letter and 1 number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot contain organisation name or username<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enhanced Security (new option):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 10 characters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 capital letter and 1 number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 1 special character<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot contain organisation name or username<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Password History Tracking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Password history tracking can now be enabled to prevent users from reusing recent passwords. The default period is 30 days, but this can be configured within the organisation\u2019s Password Policy. Setting the value to 0 requires MFA at every login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"452\" height=\"449\" granular control over Medical Notes through configurable, field-level prompt settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Enhancements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Custom Prompts Per Field<\/strong><br>Prompts can now be defined individually for each field across supported note types including SOAPER, SOTAP, GP, and Custom Templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Field Behaviour Options<\/strong><br>For each field, users can define how AI-generated content is applied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ignore existing content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace existing content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Append to existing content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert only if the field is empty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tone and Output Control<\/strong><br>Prompts can include formatting or stylistic instructions such as bullet points, structured formatting, alternative languages, or specific documentation tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objective Prompt Linking<\/strong><br>Subjective prompts can now dynamically reference selected Objectives, ensuring contextually accurate note generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fallback Handling<\/strong><br>Where Editing Improvements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Users with appropriate permissions can now edit AI prompts directly from the Generate AI Response form using the new edit button beside the prompt
