New to Gensolve for AEM in version 7.8: Letter template client type fields fill for the 10th future booked appointment, email confirmations for CC and BCC addresses, A5 statement batches now show line details when emailing, new ACC Subsidy Apportioning and more. Letter Template Client Type Fields now fill for the 10th future Booked Appointment <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now it is possible to select the new ‘When In the Template Type: Client, all appointment fields related to the 10th future booked appointment now populate data when that merge field is used.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

New email confirmations for CC and BCC addresses <\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When emailing from Gensolve, the verification message “Are you sure you want to send this email to …” now also includes the cc, and bcc recipients. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A5 Statement Batches now show line details when Emailing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Statement Batches which are created in A5 format, the details now show when emailing the attachments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Client Appointment Service Charge Detail Report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now export the Client Appointment Service Charge Detail report to Excel, and creating your own custom exports, which also includes the Client First Name, Known As Name, Client Id, Provider Id, and Site Id.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

ACC Subsidy Apportioning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on advice from ACC, when an ACC Band Subsidy is available on a trial, where the subsidy is more than the charge to the client, the subsidy will be applied first to the ACC Aid Subsidy, then the ACC Fitting Subsidy, and finally the MOH Fitting subsidy up to the client charge amount.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Procedure Type Detail report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now export the Client Appointment when exporting the Procedure Type Detail report to Excel, you now have the option to include the following fields: Room Name, Client Home Site, Hearing Loss of Client, Referral Source of Client, Appointment Created By (User), Appointment Created Date, Cancellation Reason, Reminded, and Client DOB.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
